Every viewpoint is made from the 3D model of your plans. Room dimensions, windows and views therefore match the building. Materials are real variants, not recolouring: herringbone instead of planks, slate instead of sandstone, oak instead of walnut.
Then there are times of day from morning to evening, the furnished and empty comparison, a floor plan with viewing direction, info points, a guided tour and enquiries straight from the tour.
For property developers: the complete sales platform
For apartment buildings, the tour becomes part of a sales platform. The buyer sees the building from outside, clicks on a flat, reads area and price and goes inside. You maintain the sales status yourself in a spreadsheet.

How is this different from a 3D tour of an existing building?
Tours of existing buildings are photographed with a 360° camera. Our tour is created from the plans, so the building does not have to exist yet.
Do buyers need an app or a headset?
No. The tour opens via a link in the browser, and on a phone also by moving the device.
How many viewpoints make sense?
For a flat 3 to 5: living, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. Better a few viewpoints in full quality than many half-finished ones.
