Virtual staging
An empty room sells badly, a room from the seventies even worse. We furnish your photos digitally and show what the property could become.
An empty room becomes a home
You supply a photo of the room, nothing more. We furnish it digitally and label the image as a visualisation.
Same camera, different room
Drag the slider. On the left, the photo as the estate agent took it; on the right, the result. Windows, doors and room dimensions stay unchanged, so the image matches the viewing.

The facade can be shown too
Staging does not stop at the front door. New balconies, timber cladding or a landscaped garden: buyers see straight away how the house will look after renovation.
With the furniture concept you receive a list of real furniture you can buy to go with the image.

Questions
What is virtual staging?
In virtual staging, a photo of an empty or poorly furnished room is furnished digitally. It costs a fraction of real home staging and is ready in a few days.
Is virtual staging allowed in a property brochure?
Yes, as long as the images are labelled as visualisations and the building fabric is not misrepresented. We supply the labelling.
Which photos are suitable?
Bright wide-angle photos taken straight on. Phone photos work, shots from a property photographer give the best result.
