Where the film works
The marketing film shows the project in several scenes with editing and music, for the project page and the sales meeting. The room tour leads room by room through the property. Reels are short, vertical and cut to the beat.
Because the film, images and tour come from the same model, the house looks the same everywhere. What's new is the house tour: A person guides you through the house before it is built.

Questions
How long should a property film be?
For the project page 45 to 90 seconds, for Instagram 15 to 30 seconds. Hardly anyone watches for longer.
Is an on-site shoot needed?
No. For new builds the film is made from the model and the visualisations. For existing properties we work with your photos or videos.
Can I post the reels myself?
Yes. You receive the finished files with a cover image and suggested text. If you wish, we take care of posting.
