We are happy to make a single image. The work is best when we support a firm over many projects: we know your standards, you have fixed contacts, and every new project starts faster than the last.
For regular partners we set up a dedicated client portal. All images, films and tours of your projects are kept there in one place.

What the price includes
Our prices are aimed at businesses: property developers, planning offices and estate agents. They are shown net, each with the price including 19% VAT below. For private clients, we state the final price in the quote.
All prices are starting prices. The final price depends on the effort for the 3D model: the less that has to be rebuilt, the lower the price. We calculate every project individually in a non-binding quote.
Every image costs the full price. It gets cheaper through the packages and volume discounts: 10% from three, 15% from six and 20% from ten projects a year.
Delivery times from complete documents: images, floor plans and staging 2 to 3 working days, room tour and before/after video 3 to 4 working days, marketing film and packages one week. A round of corrections takes 48 hours.
