You supply plans or finished images of the rooms. We place a person in them who guides viewers through your house, long before it is built. If you like, that person is you.
The house does not exist yet. The tour does.
The kitchen in the film has not been built, the woman in it never existed. The room comes from our model, we place the person in it. In the scenes alongside she walks in, puts her hand on the stone and draws the curtain aside.
The film starts muted. One click opens the full version with sound.
Guided or lived in
Guided house tour. A host walks from room to room and says one sentence per room: dining, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping, in front of the house. That suits the property brochure, project page and reels.
A day in the house. Nobody speaks. A couple arrives, drinks the first coffee, stands at the window in the evening. Short scenes, original music. The film does not sell a room but the life in it.
If you like, you lead the tour yourself
Person, clothing and room can be swapped. From ten to twenty photos and a short voice recording we recreate you. After that you present every new property yourself, without a shoot day and without a camera crew.
For this we need your written consent. Without it we do not recreate anyone.
First the room image, then the person
It starts with the room image from the model. Then we agree the person and the script with you and show every scene as a still. Only after your approval does it become film.

No. The people are AI-generated, and we label them as such. The rooms come from your plan and our model and are not altered.
Can I lead the tour of my property myself?
Yes. We need ten to twenty photos, a short voice recording and your written consent. After that you can present every further property without a shoot day.
What do I need for a house tour?
Plans or finished visualisations of the rooms. If there are no images, we create them from the model.
How long is a house tour?
