What is on the website
The house from every side, by day and in the evening. Every flat can be clicked on the facade. In the flat finder, the buyer sets area, rooms and price and sees straight away what fits. Every flat opens up: floor plan with room list, documents as PDF, enquiry and a mortgage calculator with the monthly payment. Plus the 360° tour, the location and the finishes.
You maintain the sales status yourself in a spreadsheet. You need neither us nor a programmer for that.
For entire development areas too
For a development area, the starting point is the site plan or an aerial photo. Every plot and every house can be clicked: size, house type, price, available or taken. Behind them are the show house, floor plans and tour.
We also write the description of the area: location, transport links, schools, shopping, building rules. The municipality and buyers find everything in one place.
Planning, images, website, marketing
Because plans, images, floor plans and tour come from the same model, you do not need to supply anything new for the website. You hire one studio instead of a rendering studio, graphic designer and web agency separately.

Who maintains prices and sales status?
You do, in a simple spreadsheet. The website picks up the changes automatically.
Does the project get its own address?
Yes, either a separate address such as projectname.de or a subpage of your existing website. The QR code stays the same in both cases.
How long does the set-up take?
2 to 3 weeks once the images and floor plans are ready. If they come from us, both run in parallel.
